Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance raised KZT944.4 mln on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2P00008576 (MFOKb3) with yield to maturity of 22.00 % APR

/KASE, February 10, 2023/ – On February 10, 2023, an initial offering of bonds KZ2P00008576 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", MFOKb3; KZT1,000, KZT3.0 bn; 22.09.22 – 22.09.23, quarterly coupon, 20.00 % APR; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance LLP (Almaty) was carried out in KASE's trading system by way of subscription to them. Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Bonds with a total face value of KZT900,000,000 were offered for placement. During the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. Purchase orders were collected on February 10, 2023 from 10:30 to 12:30 o'clock, Astana time. Two members of KASE took part in the trades. A total of 171 limit orders were submitted to the trading system for a total amount of KZT2,063.3 mln, which were recognized as active at the end of collection period. The clean price in the submitted active orders amounted to 98.8420 % of the face value (22.00 % per annum). The demand exceeded the supply by 2.3 times. In the total volume of active orders, legal entities accounted for 1.7 %, individuals – for 98.3 %. As a result of the offering, all orders were executed, 930,413 bonds were placed for a total of KZT944,449,830.8. The clean price in the executed orders was 98.8420 % of the face value (22.00 % per annum). According to the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty) deals according the results of the subscription for the indicated bonds were settled by the moment of publication of this information, the subscription is completed. At the same time, 1.7 %, in terms of amounts raised, was purchased by legal entities, 98.3 % - by individuals. [2023-02-10]
