/KASE, February 9, 2023/ – PC "APC "DAMU AGRO" (Shymkent), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that by a decision of the general meeting of partners dated January 30, 2023,
the following changes were made to the Supervisory Board:
- excluded: Zh. Azbekova – member of the Supervisory Board;
- elected: K. Kurbanalieva – member of the Supervisory Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Supervisory Board of PC "APC "DAMU
AGRO" consists of three people: S. Kuatov, G. Pazylova, K. Kurbanalieva.
