/KASE, February 8, 2023/ – Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about a decision of the Board of Directors dated February 3, 2023 on issuing
520,698 common shares within the limits of authorized shares at a price of
KZT11,500 on the over-the counter market with the shareholder exercising his
preemptive purchase right.
