/KASE, February 7, 2023/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 27,
2023 M. Yelibayev – a member of the Board of Directors – was elected to the
company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Industrial
Development Fund JSC consists of five persons: K. Sharlapaev, N. Baybazarov,
A. Jailaubekova, M. Alkenov, M. Yelibayev.
