/KASE, February 6, 2023/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated February 1, 2023,
O. Zhandosov – a member of the company's Board of Directors, independent
director – was elected to the composition of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Batys tranzit JSC
consists of five people: B. Nugymanov, O. Zhandosov, K. Ibragimov, A.
Akimbayeva, R. Anafiyanov.
