/KASE, February 3, 2023/ – As announced earlier, on February 3, 2023, the
Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZ2D00009354 (FNACpp2; $100,000, $150.0 mln; 5 years; semi-annual
coupon, 4.00 % APR; 30/360) of "Finaccord Limited" Private company
(Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is February 3,
2023.
