/KASE, February 2, 2023/ – Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 27,
2023, S. Kenzhebayeva was excluded from the composition of the bank's
Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of the Development Bank of
Kazakhstan JSC consists of four people: N. Baibazarov, M. Yelibayev, A.
Sharipov, B. Abisheva.
