/KASE, February 2, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you
that from February 13, 2023 trades in common shares US4592001014 (sector
"KASE Global", IBM_KZ) of IBM corp. (USA) will be resumed on KASE.
Trading in these shares has been suspended on KASE since February 1, 2023
on repo transactions, for which KASE acts as the central counterparty and the
settlement date of which falls on February 10, 2023 and subsequent dates, due
to the fixing of the register for payment of dividends on these shares.
