shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE of payment on January 33, 2023 of dividends on its preferred shares
KZ1P00014559 (KASE main market, "standard" category, SABRp) for the fourth
quarter of 2022 at KZT645.25 per share for a total amount of KZT35,488,750.
