/KASE, January 26, 2023/ – AMF Group JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on March 1,
2023 by absentee voting.
The sole issue on the agenda is the issue of voluntary delisting of common
shares KZ1C00000512 (AKFI) of AMF Group JSC from KASE list.
