/KASE, January 25, 2023/ – KoZhan JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a
decision of the Board of Directors dated January 18, 2023, the following persons
were elected to the company's Board of Directors:
- Dai Xiaoping – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- Mu Longxin – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KoZhan JSC
consists of three persons: Dai Xiaoping, Wang Guohui, Mu Longxin.
