/KASE, January 23, 2023/ – Phystech II JSC (Aktau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following
a decision of the sole shareholder dated January 16, 2023, the following
members of the company's Board of Directors were elected:
- D. Aubakirov;
- A. Daribekov;
- A. Userov.
