/KASE, 16.01.23/ – AMF Group JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on
January 10, 2023, it acquired a 90% stake in the authorized capital of Kokshe
Food Plus LLP.
