/KASE, January 13, 2023/ – As previously announced, from January 6 to January 12, 2023, common shares KZ1C00000512 (KASE main market, category "standard", AKFI) of AMF Group JSC (Astana) were issued in KASE's trading system through subscription on them. First Heartland Securities JSC acted as a seller during the subscription for the said shares. A total of 1,685,034 shares were offered for sale. The settlement date based on results of the subscription is January 13, 2023. Under the subscription, only limit orders were accepted. In total, the trading system received one order for purchase of 561,678 shares (33.3 % of the offer), which at the time of the end of the order collection period was recognized as active. The price in the submitted order was KZT258.00 per share. The total demand under the active order amounted to KZT144,912,924.0. Based on the subscription results, the order for purchase of 561,678 shares at KZT258.00 per share was executed. The total offering volume amounted to KZT144,912,924.0.
