/KASE, January 12, 2023/ – Bayan Sulu JSC (Kostanay), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on February 14,
2023 at 15:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders
of the company;
- on amending a major interested party transaction;
- on concluding major interested party transaction.
