/KASE, January 12, 2023/ – LOGYCOM JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of the
decision of the Board of Directors dated December 26, 2022 to issue 1,715,976
common shares KZ1C00000892 (KASE main market, category "standard",
LOGC) within the limits of the number of authorized shares at a price of KZT660
per share by way of direct subscription at face value to the company's
shareholder on the over-the-counter market for a total of KZT1,132,544,160.
