/KASE, January 11, 2023/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated
January 5, 2023, the following changes were made to the composition of the
holding's Board of Directors:
- removed: K. Uskenbayev – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: M. Karabayev – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC consists of 10 people: A. Smailov, T.
Suleimenov, R. Sklyar, Y. Zhamaubaev, A. Kuantyrov, M. Karabayev, K.
Sharlapaev, Daniel A. Witt, Marie-Helen Berard, Manfred Grundke.
