/KASE, January 5, 2023, info on order collection period updated/ – Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) announces that an offering of
common shares KZ1C00000512 (KASE main market, category "standard", AKFI)
of AMF Group JSC (Astana) will be conducted in KASE's trading system from
January 6 to 12, 2023 by way of subscription to them.
First Heartland Securities JSC (hereinafter – the Seller) will act as the seller
during the subscription to the said shares.
The total number of shares being offered – 1,685,034 pieces. The offering price
– KZT258.00. One lot equals to 561,678 shares.
Orders for the subscription will be collected from January 6 to 12, 2023 from
09:00 to 17:00 o'clock, Astana time. Only limit orders will be collected during
the subscription.
According to the terms of this subscription, it is not allowed to accept orders
from non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is January 12, 2023; the date of provision of the register of executed
orders by the Seller to the Exchange is January 13, 2023; the settlement date
and time is January 13, 2023, 11:20 o'clock, Astana time. The Central
Securities Depository JSC will carry out the settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to this subscription's terms the additional information on the
investor disclosed to the Seller of the said shares must include the following
details:
1)the surname, first name, patronymic (if available) of the individual or the
name of the legal entity;
2)IIN of the individual or BIN of the legal entity;
3)citizenship of the individual or the state in accordance with the legislation
of which the legal entity was incorporated;
4)the name and details of the document proving the identity of the individual
or confirming the registration of the legal entity;
5)place of residence of an individual or address of a legal entity;
6)other information about the investor, available in the accounting system of
Central Securities Depository JSC and not constituting a commercial secret
in the securities market.
