/KASE, January 4, 2023/ – AMF Group JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
since December 23, 2022 it has ceased to hold a stake in the authorized capital
of Vegetable base "Sinegorye" LLP.
