/KASE, January 4, 2023/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC
(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors
dated December 30, 2022, the following persons were elected to the composition
of the company's Management Board:
G. Amerkhojaev – Chairman of the Management Board;
A. Akazhanov – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Life Insurance
Company "Standard Life" consists of three persons: G. Amerkhojaev, A.
Akazhanov, F. Yussupov.
