/KASE, January 4, 2023/ – Microfinance Organization OnlineKazFinance JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the decision of its sole shareholder dated
December 15, 2022 "to carry out a voluntary reorganization of the Company in
the form of conversion from a microfinance institution to a bank".
