/KASE, December 30, 2022/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Karagandy), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated December 27,
2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board
of directors:
- excluded R. Ibragimov – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: M. Barabash – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Shubarkol komir
JSC consists of five people: S. Shakhazhanov, D. Rakhmatullaev, M. Barabash, M.
Murtazaev, N. Ospanov.
