/KASE, December 30, 2022/ – Batys tranzit JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on February 1,
2023 at 12:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the only issue "On the election
(re-election) of an independent director of the Board of Directors, as well as
determining the amount and conditions for the payment of remuneration and
compensation for expenses for the performance of his duties".
