/KASE, December 29, 2022/ – Akzhal Gold Resources JSC (Astana), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated November 30, 2022, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- removed: G. Nurzhanov – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: R. Pak – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Akzhal Gold
Resources JSC consists of three people: M. Kuzdibayev, R. Pak, Sh. Telkov.
