Changes in staff of Management Board and the Board of Directors of Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC

/KASE, December 11, 03/ - Aluminum of Kazakhstan JSC (Pavlodar), whose shares are circulating in official "B" listing category of Kazakhstan Stock exchange CJSC (KASE), has informed KASE about the fact, that by decision of general shareholders' meeting, which took place on September 16, 2003, instead of resigned Vladimir Zhuliyev Nikolaevich, Ganauer Georgyi Ivanovich has been elected as a new member the Board of Directors.
