/KASE, December 27, 2022/ – MFO "Arnur Credit" LLP (Shymkent), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of partners dated December 26,
2022, B. Sultanova was excluded from the composition of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of MFO "Arnur
Credit" LLP consists of five persons: N. Zadzhikova, John Staub, Sh. Tagaev, G.
Aliev, R. Kurbanalieva.
