NAC Kazatomprom raised $50.0 mln on KASE via subscription by placing bonds KZ2C00009199 (KZAPb3) with yield to maturity of 4.60 % APR

/KASE, December 23, 2022/ – On December 23, 2022, the initial offering of bonds KZ2C00009199 (KZAPb3; $100, $50.0 mln; December 23, 2022 – January 23, 2023; the coupon is paid once at the end of the circulation period, 4.32 % per annum; 30/360) of NAC Kazatomprom JSC was carried out in KASE's trading system by way of subscription. First Heartland Jusan Invest JSC (Astana) acted as the seller during the subscription to the said bonds. Orders for the subscription were collected on December 23, 2022 from 10:00 to 12:00, Astana time. Bonds with a par value of USD50,000,000 were offered for placement. Only limit orders were collected under the subscription. Two members of KASE took part in the trades. A total of seven limit orders were submitted to the trading system with a total volume of USD54.2 mln, which were recognized as active at the end of the collection period. The clean price in submitted active orders made up 99.9768 % of the face value (4.60 % per annum). Demand during the subscription made up 108.4 % of the supply volume. In the total volume of active orders, banks accounted for 44.3 %, brokerage and dealer organizations – for 5.3 %, other institutional investors – for 34.5 %, other legal entities – for 15.9 %. Based on the offering results, seven orders were executed for a total amount of USD49,988,400.0 (equivalent to KZT23,343,583,032.0). The clean price in the executed orders was 99.9768 % of the face value (4.60 % per annum). According to the Central Securities Depository JSC (Almaty), all deals based on the results of the subscription for the indicated bonds by the moment of publication of this information have been settled, the subscription has been completed. At the same time, 39.6 % in terms of the raised amounts were purchased by banks, 5.8 % – by brokerage and dealer organizations, 37.4 % – by other institutional investors, 17.2 % – by other legal entities.
