/KASE, December 23, 2022/ – KazTransGas Aimak JSC (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated December 15, 2022, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management
Board:
- removed: N. Suleimenov;
- elected: Sh. Shalov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazTransGas
Aimak JSC consists of four people: Kh. Maqsut, Sh. Shalov, B. Aliyev, Zh.
Jiyenbekov.
