/KASE, December 21, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from
December 22, 2022, the management company of the interval unit investment trust
(IUIT) "Halyk Global" will be replaced in KASE's trading system and databases
from Halyk Global Markets JSC (subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC) to
Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC.
From December 22, 2022, KASE will resume trading in units KZPF00000165
("investment fund securities" sector, HKGMhg) of IUIT "Halyk Global", which was
suspended from September 26, 2022. The current trading code of the specified
units will not change.
Changes to the Rules of the interval unit investment trust (IUIT) "Halyk Global",
approved by a decision of the Board of Directors of Halyk Global Markets JSC
(subsidiary of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC) dated August 12, 2022,
