/KASE, December 22, 2022/ – KoZhan JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that by a
decision of the sole shareholder dated December 19, 2022, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- excluded: Yu Longkun – member of the Board of Directors;
- elected: Zhang Wu – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of KoZhan JSC
consists of three persons: Guo Yi, Li Guocheng, Zhang Wu.
