/KASE, December 21, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the Board of Directors dated December 14, 2022 R.
Turgambayev was elected a member of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Samruk-
Energy JSC consists of five persons: E. Ivchenko, S. Tyutebayev, A. Ryskulov,
A. Adylkerimov, R. Turgambayev.
