/KASE, December 10, 03/ - UST-KAMENOGORSK TITANIUM- MAGNESIUM COMBINE OJSC (UKTMC OJSC, Ust-Kamenogorsk), whose shares have been included in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange CJSC (KASE), has informed KASE that on January 28 of 2004 it will hold prescheduled general shareholders meeting by the following agenda: about changing of the name and re-registration of the company; confirmation of the company's charter in new edition; election of persons authorized to sign the charter on behalf of the company; about increasing of announced authorized capital and number of announced shares of the company; about state registration of increasing of the number of the company's announced shares; about abolishment of auditing commission; other. List of shareholders, who have the right to participate in the meeting, will be made on the basis of data of shareholders register of UKTMC OJSC as of December 28 of 2003.
