/KASE, December 15, 2022/ – Dosjan temir joly JSC (Astana), whose bonds
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated December 12,
2022, the following persons were elected to the company's Board of Directors:
- M. Shakenov – Chairman of the Board of Directors,
- Y. Zhumabayev – member of the Board of Directors;
- L. Mussina – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- G. Muldasheva – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- A. Massalimov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
- N. Bakitzhanov – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Dosjan temir
joly JSC consists of six people.
