From December 14, common shares KZ1C00000322 (KMSO) of Life Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" will be excluded from KASE official list at issuer initiative

/KASE, December 13, 2022/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated December 13, 2022, common shares KZ1C00000322 (KASE main market of, category "standard", KMSO) of Life Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC (Almaty) were excluded from KASE official list. This decision of the Listing Commission shall come into effect on December 14, 2022. This decision was made on the basis of an application of Life Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC on voluntary delisting of the mentioned shares from KASE official list. These shares had been in category "B" of KASE official list since July 2, 2007; since June 1, 2017 they had been in the "standard" category of KASE official list's main market.
