KASE's Listing commission made decision to include bonds KZ2D00009214 (FNACpp1) of Private company "Finaccord Limited" in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, December 13, 2022/ – The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 13, 2022 decided to include bonds KZ2D00009214 ($100,000, $220.0 mln, 5 years; semi-annual coupon, 4.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Private company "Finaccord Limited" (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) FNACpp1. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2022-12-13]
