/KASE, December 13, 2022/ – Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated December 1,
2022:
- to approve the procedure for distributing net income earned in 2021 in the
amount of KZT8,200,212,326.47 as follows:
- to allocate KZT4,100,106,163.24 on the payment of dividends to the sole
shareholder;
- to retain KZT4,100,106,163.23 at the disposal of the company;
- to approve the amount of dividend per ordinary share at KZT3,530.22 for
2021;
- the date of commencement of payment, from the date of this decision, but no
later than December 31, 2022.
