/KASE, December 8, 2022/ – National company Food contract corporation JSC
(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated
November 30, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the
company's Management Board:
- removed: T. Zakariyanov, T. Omarov;
- elected: N. Karnakova.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of National
company Food contract corporation JSC consists of five people: A.
Juvashev, D. Dautov, S. Tenbayev, N. Karnakova, A. Ashimov.
