/KASE, December 7, 2022/ – Subsidiary organization of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan Halyk Finance JSC, SkyBridge Invest JSC, Freedom Finance JSC and BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC), which are joint bookrunners during the subscription to common shares KZ1C00001122 (KASE main market, "standard" category, KMGZ) of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC, have provided Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with the following notice: quote Halyk Finance JSC, SkyBridge Invest JSC, Freedom Finance JSC and BCC Invest JSC being joint coordinators and bookrunners on the initial offer of shares of National Company "KazMunayGas" JSC (IPO), announce the results of the subscription to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC (KASE) for common shares KZ1C00001122 (KMGZ) of NC KazMunayGas JSC under the IPO. In the course of the subscription for common shares of NC KazMunayGas JSC at KASE, investors submitted a total of 121,770 orders for a total of KZT141.8 bn. By a decision of the seller represented by Samruk-Kazyna JSC, it was decided to execute 121,770 orders in the total amount of 137.5 billion tenge.
