/KASE, December 5, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
decisions of the sole shareholder dated November 24, 2022.
The sole shareholder, among other things, decided to purchase 30,725 ordinary
shares of the company in accordance with the established procedure at an
offering price of KZT80,899.70 per share in accordance with the right of
preemptive purchase of shares.
