/KASE, December 2, 2022/ – Dosjan temir joly JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 24, 2022, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management
Board:
- excluded: D. Potlov – Chairman of the Management Board;
- elected: N. Saq – Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Dosjan temir joly JSC
consists of three people: N. Saq, N. Adilbayev, Zh. Akishev.
