/KASE, December 2, 2022/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on December
29, 2022 at 11:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders;
- approval of the financial statements of the company for nine months of 2022.
Approval of the procedure for distributing net income for nine months of 2022.
Deciding on the payment of dividends on ordinary shares and approving the
amount of the dividend per ordinary share of the company;
- on the conclusion by the company of a major transaction.
