/KASE, November 28, 2022/ – Caspi neft JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated November 21, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to spend part of retained earnings as of September 30, 2022 in the amount
of KZT35,600,000,000 tenge on payment of dividends on ordinary shares of
the company;
- to approve the payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the company
in the following order:
- the period for which dividends are paid is three quarters of 2022;
- amount of dividend per ordinary share – KZT356,000.00;
- start of dividend payment – November 21, 2022.
