/KASE, November 16, 2022/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated November 10, 2022,
consent was granted for the inclusion of international bonds XS2555207096
(KZT16.0 bn; 17.11.22 – 17.11.24; annual coupon, 15.35 % APR; actual/365) of the
European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the sector "Securities of
international financial organizations" of KASE official list.
The admittance initiator of the said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
This decision of the Management Board is effective November 16, 2022.
These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) EBRDe16.
