/KASE, November 14, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 2,
2022, K. Sharlapaev was elected the Chairman of the company's Board of
Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan
Housing Company JSC consists of five people: K. Sharlapaev, V. Son, A.
Murzagalieva, A. Abdualiev, K. Kozhakhmetov.
