/KASE, November 11, 2022/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Astana), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the general meeting of shareholders dated October 29, 2022, the following
changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:
- removed: S. Makashev – Chairman of the Management Board (general director);
- elected: K. Tileubayev – Chairman of the Management Board (general director).
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of AstanaGas KMG
JSC consists of five people: D. Berlibayev, Y. Kulazhanov, K. Tileubayev,
N. Akhanzaripov, A. Abdiyev.
