/KASE, November 11, 2022/ – Life Insurance Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC (Almaty),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 10,
2022, Y. Undybayev was removed from the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Life Insurance
Company "Kommesk-Omir" JSC consists of six people: O. Khanin, V. Slizkoukhiy,
A. Tiyessova, T. Kolchina, M. Ivanova, K. Bazarbekov.
