/KASE, November 9, 2022/ – Life Insurance Company "Standard Life" JSC
(Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors
dated October 28, 2022, M. Mokshin was excluded from the composition of the
company's Management Board.
Taking into account said change, the Management Board of Life Insurance
Company "Standard Life" consists of two persons: G. Amerkhojaev, F.
Yussupov.
