/KASE, November 9, 2022/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

The international rating agency Fitch Ratings upgraded the rating of Samruk-
Energy JSC to "BB+"; Outlook changed to "Stable".
1. Long-term credit ratings in foreign and national currencies have been
upgraded to "BB+", outlook "Stable";
2. Short-term foreign currency credit rating affirmed at "B";
3. National long-term rating upgraded to "AA-(kaz)", outlook "Stable";
4. Senior unsecured ratings upgraded to "BB+", outlook "Stable";
5. The standalone credit rating has been upgraded to "bb-".
