/KASE, October 31, 2022/ – Central Asian Electric Energy Corporation JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders by absentee voting will begin on December 5, 2022 at 15:00
o'clock.
The agenda of the meeting contains issues on concluding major interested party
transactions.
