/KASE, October 28, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC, whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by
a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 19, 2022, the following persons
were elected to the company's Board of Directors:
- K. Sharlapaev – Chairman of the Board of Directors,
- V. Son – member of the Board of Directors,
- A. Murzagalieva – member of the Board of Directors,
- A. Abdualiev – independent director,
- K. Kozhakhmetov – independent director.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan
Housing Company JSC consists of five people.
